Our client, a leading e-commerce player, was introducing a new product expected to receive unfavourable policy regulatory scrutiny on data privacy and protection issues. We conducted intel-based stakeholder assessments capturing key policymakers, policy influencers, and their perception of the products. We leveraged these findings and developed customised engagement tools to educate them on the products and demystify their myths. The product was successfully launched in India without scrutiny from regulators, bureaucrats, politicians, civil societies, and the media.
